Sherry Towne

Sherry Towne, age 71, of De Pere, passed away peacefully with her family at her side on Tuesday, October 26, 2021. The daughter of Randall and Evelyn (Huempfner) Roffers was born October 16, 1950. She married Rory Towne on August 24, 2002.

Sherry was an avid reader and loved crossword puzzles and Sudoku. She loved her family dearly, especially her granddaughters.

Surviving her are her husband, Rory; Daughter Bobbi (Wiese) Schaetz and her husband Brett; grandchildren: Brynlie Evelyn and Bradlie Kate Schaetz; brothers and sisters: Larry Roffers, Gloria (Jerry) Coenen, Mark (Wendy) Roffers, Donnie (Suzanne) Roffers; mother-in-law: Karen Uhland; brother-in-law: Harold Mayville; sisters-in-law: Alice Roffers and Nancy Roffers; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Randall and Evelyn (Huempfner) Roffers; sister Lynn Mayville; brothers: Gary Roffers and Lee Roffers; sister-in-law: Darlene Roffers.

Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N Webster Ave, De Pere, on Monday, November 1, from 5-6pm. The funeral service will be private.
