Patrick Bailey

Patrick "Pat" Bailey, 87, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2025, in Hobart, Wisconsin, with his family by his side. Born on December 12, 1937, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Patrick lived a full and meaningful life rooted in love for family, service to his country, and simple joys that brought him happiness.

In 1956, Pat proudly enlisted in the United States Navy, where he served with honor until 1960. After completing his military service, he returned to Green Bay, WI and started his career, which was mostly spent working for Wisconsin Public Service, where he retired in 1998.

Pat was a devoted family man whose heart belonged first and foremost to those he loved. He joined Maureen Bailey—his first love and wife, who passed in 1998 —in heaven. Together, they had two daughters, Patricia Houston and Jennifer (Jay) Swoboda, and grandchildren Bailey (Josh) Loquai, Jennifer Shae (Tyler) Vacek, Chloe (Trevor) McKeone, and Alex Swoboda.

After Monnie passed away, he met Shirley Bersch, and they were together until Shirley's passing in 2024. Her family consisted of Brian Bersch, Tracy (Diane Orlando) Bersch, and Vicky Gilson, as well as grandchildren Kristin Gilson, Kathryn Gilson, Kyle Bersch, and Dylan Bersch.
