Michael (Mike) Binsfeld, 38, of Denmark, unexpectedly earned his wings Sunday, February 19, 2023. Born February 2, 1985 in Green Bay, he was the son of Donald and Cynthia (Labs) Binsfeld. He graduated from East De Pere High School in 2003 before going on to utilize his vast assortment of skills as a laborer. He did everything from farming to concrete and anything in between.
On September 6, 2014, Mike married the love of his life, Samantha Kohlbeck. This union was blessed with two children, Adyson and Bentley. He was a proud and loving father who always put his family first.
Mike was an avid hunter and shared this passion with his family and friends on hunting expeditions. He enjoyed projects to keep himself busy such as splitting wood and welding. But he will be most remembered for his sense of humor. He could light up any room with his shenanigans. He could make anyone laugh anytime, anywhere.
Survivors include his parents; his wife, Sam; his children, Adyson and Bentley; his brother Dan (Jackie) Binsfeld; and his two grandmothers. He is further survived by Josh Kuskie who was like a brother as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Family and friends may gather Saturday, February 25, 2023, at Cotter Funeral Home Denmark Chapel 536 County Road R, Denmark, WI, from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm. A celebration of Mike’s life will begin at 6:00 pm at the funeral home.
