Lydia Hazel Lucille Wanish, age 22, passed away unexpectedly the evening of Monday, March 16, 2026 at her home of natural causes.

She blessed Trisha DeGrave and Joe Wanish with her presence on October 20, 2003 in Green Bay, WI

Lydia loved doing her diamond arts, doing Tik Tok, but what was most special to her was her love for her family and friends.

Lydia will be missed greatly by her mom, Trisha DeGrave and dad Joe Wanish; bonus mom Monica Wanish; her brothers Austin DeGrave, Joey Wanish and Justin Jacquet; grandparents Kathleen Wanish, Melinda Obey and Randy and Joan DeGrave; aunts and uncles Charlie and Emily Wanish, Krystal DeGrave, Randi Jo and Luis Santiago, Jeremy and Rachel DeGrave, Connie Czarneski and Penny Wanish; nieces and nephews Jack, Gavin, Sabastain, R J, Kaylee, Katie, Shine and Lola; along with the 5 best partners to start some shenanigans with Kassidy, Lea, Abby, her cat Twix and dog Luna.

Lydia was greeted at the gates of Heaven by her Grandpa Mike Wanish, Brother Dylan Jacquet, cousin Amanda Czarneski, grandma and grandpa Chizek, grandma Schimmel, grandma Hazel Wanish, grandma Lucille Martin, aunt Mary Martin and can’t forget her cat MyLee.

Friends and family may gather on Monday, March 23, 2026 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Co. Road R, Denmark, WI 54208 with a celebration of Lydia’s life to be at 5:00 pm all at the funeral home.

Lydia had the biggest heart, which was too big for this world. She was a very compassionate person who was kind, generous and loving.
