Kathleen Kozina

Kathleen “Kathie” Kozina, age 75, Town of Franklin, passed away February 15, 2024 at her home. The daughter of the late Joseph and Emily (Hruska) Kozina was born June 8, 1948. Kathie worked for Murphy Insurance and later Wisconsin Public Service. In her spare time was an avid bowler, enjoyed sheepshead and other card games, baking and cooking. Kathie loved animals, always having dogs and cats around the house. She was an active and faithful member of St. Therese Parish-St. Lawrence Site in Stangelville.

She is survived by her sister Elizabeth and brother James, as well as cousins, other family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her fiancé Dennis Jonet.

Family and friends may visit at St. Therese Parish- St. Lawrence Site, N2085 County Road AB, Stangelville (Denmark) on Friday, February 23, from 9:15am until 10:45am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with Fr. Dennis Drury officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Champion. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.
