Katha A. Sjoholm, age 78, of Kaukauna, WI, passed away peacefully with family by her side on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at her home. 

She was born on February 16, 1946 in New London, WI, daughter of Harvey and Marquerite (Schmidt) Kolgen. Katha graduated from New London Senior High School in 1964 and went on to complete X-ray school in Wausau, WI.

On August 10, 1968, she married Keith Sjoholm at Emanuel Lutheran Church in New London, WI and they shared 56 years of marriage. She worked as an X-ray technician for Dr. Weber in New London and had other careers. They wintered in Apache Junction, AZ for 29 years, in which she was a Tour Escort for Moore Fun Tours in Green Bay, WI and World Span Travel in Mesa, AZ, where they created lasting memories with friends and fellow snowbirds. Katha was a dedicated member of Ascension Lutheran Church in Green Bay, WI and was actively involved in Golden Vista Resort in Apache Junction, AZ as well as member of Comedy Club for over 20 years serving 9 years as their Coordinator and also enjoyed performing stand-up comedy.

Katha is survived by her loving husband, Keith; one son Kyle Ryan (Vicki) ; three grandchildren Kayley Sue Sjoholm, Skyler Ryan Sjoholm and Mariah Marie (Nathan) Lamal; two great grandchildren Emilia and Beau Lamal; two cousins Cortell Schroeder and Kenneth Klein.

Besides her parents, she was preceded by one son Kraig Nicholas Sjoholm.

A celebration of Kaha’s life will be held at a later date.
