Jennifer Marie Gross

Jennifer Marie Gross, age 63 of Green Bay, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at Aurora BayCare Hospital following a brief illness. She was born on September 14, 1962, in Green Bay to the late Norbert E. and Jeannine (Rahr) Gross. Jennifer graduated from St. Joseph High School, (The Academy Catholic High School). Following her graduation from high school, she obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work from UW Oshkosh and then her master’s degree in social work from Washington University, St. Louis. She worked in the St. Louis area for a short time, then returned to her hometown, Green Bay. Jennifer attended St. Matthew Catholic Church, until her mobility made it impossible for her to go. Her religion was very important to her. She also loved animals, donating to shelters whenever she could. Jennifer enjoyed her time spent with family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter, Faith Gross, brother Jeff Gross and nephews, Michael and Matthew Gross. Preceding her in death are her parents, brother Stephen Gross and sister in law, Tina Gross.

In keeping with Jennifer’s wishes, private family services were held. She will be laid to rest at Allouez Catholic Mausoleum.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the nurses at Aurora BayCare for the wonderful care given to Jennifer during her stay.
