Jeff Knott, age 63, of Racine, passed away July 11, 2024. The son of the late Robert and Doris (Trescher) Knott was born December 4, 1960 in Edgerton, WI. Jeff earned his B.A Degree in Human Services and worked tirelessly in support of the homeless as a social worker, making a positive impact in many lives. The light of his life was his son Kyle and grandson Korbyn, sharing their love of sports, especially baseball. He was also an avid Packer and Brewer fan. Jeff had a strong faith and was a dedicated member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Racine.
He is survived by his son, Kyle (fiancé Courtney) Knott; grandson Korbyn; sister Mary (Al) Massart; nephew Steve (Alexis) Massart; great-nephew Earl; great-niece Rebecca; Niece Rachel (Tyler) Shimek; nephews Henry and August; as well as many cousins and other family.
In addition to his parents, Robert and Doris, Jeff was preceded in death by his aunts and uncles: Ray Knott, Darlene Sullivan, Marion Cunningham, Jean Stockman, Eunice Rice and Howard Trescher.
Family and friends may visit at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 3350 Lasalle Street, Racine, WI on July 19, from 9:00am until the time of service at 11:00am.
Our family would like to thank the caregivers at Unity Hospice, especially Mary and Connie for their compassionate care.
Jeff will be fondly remembered by all those he touched in the Racine Community through HALO and his church. His spirit and inspiration will continue to work in those entrusted to carrying on his legacy of deeply personal care through honesty, humility, kindness and authentic compassion.
