Holly Hendra

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Holly Ann Hendra, peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Saturday September 16, 2023. Holly was born May 29th, 1975, to Thomas and Nancy Hendra in Green Bay, WI. She graduated from Southwest High School in Green Bay in 1993 and entered the work force thereafter. Holly resided in Escanaba, MI where she thrived in her small (Towers) community. She really loved to reflect on her time spent at Jefferson Manor in Green Bay where she assisted in the care of the developmentally disabled and always had a way of helping those in need. Holly had a very kind soul and looked to lift others up when she could. She had a profound impact on the people she encountered during her short stay on earth. She will be deeply missed!

Holly is survived by her son Calvin Glassman, her mom Nancy Hendra, siblings Amy (Gregg) Grunewald, Thomas Jr (Tracy) Hendra, Chad (Stephanie) Hendra, Timothy Hendra, Adam (Kirsten) Hendra, Stacey Hendra, and many more loving family members.

She is preceded in death by her father Thomas Hendra Sr, brother Steven Hendra, infant sister Katie Hendra, and many cherished relatives.

The family will be holding a private celebration of Holly’s life at a date to be determined.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Holly’s name.
