Helen A. Hawk, age 99, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2024. Helen was born on June 4, 1925 in Kentucky to Clifford and Henrietta (Reardon) Boehner.
Helen earned a bachelor's degree from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio and taught grade school in Ohio and Green Bay, WI.
Helen enjoyed knitting and traveling. She was a volunteer in the Bellin Hospital Auxiliary. Her volunteer time included knitting over 4000 newborn hats in many colors including Green and Gold.
Helen is survived by her sons: John (Susan) Hawk and David Hawk, her grandchildren Jenny Rose (Brian) Otto, Henry Hawk and great-grandson Owen Otto.
She was preceded in death by her husband C. Barden Hawk, mother, father, sister, and cousins
Private family services have been held.
