Gerald “Koz” Kozlovsky, age 72, of Denmark, WI passed away on May 8th, 2025. He was born on July 21, 1952, son of the late Lester and Marcy (Schaetz) Kozlovsky. He graduated from Denmark High School in 1970. After graduating, Jerry joined the United States Army Reserves and was active for several years. Jerry was a dedicated farmer his whole life. He took over the Kozlovsky family farm, that’s been in the family for generations. Jerry worked side by side with his parents and brother Larry.
Jerry was a devoted father and grandfather. He enjoyed socializing at farm auctions, music in the park and at the CP center. He also enjoyed spending time with his nephew Connor, farming and deer hunting.
Survivors include his two daughters, Kindra Kozlovsky and Kareena (David) Yang; granddaughter, Madison Yang; siblings, Mary Ellen (Bruce) Byng, Larry (JoAnn) Kozlovsky, Terri (Chris) Vander Linden, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandson, Michael Yang, his parents and God parents, Ray and Marcy Leiterman.
Family and friends may gather on Monday, May 12, 2025, at Cotter Funeral Home, 536 County Rd RR, Denmark from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, with a prayer service at 6:30 pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday, May 13, 2025, at 9:00 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 6397 County Highway NN, Denmark, Wisconsin, a Memorial Mass will follow at 11:00 am, Fr. Xavier Amirtham officiating.
The family extends their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff at Bellin hospital and Unity Hospice for their care and compassion given to Jerry and his family.
