Georgien (Nitz) Tauber

Georgien Tauber, 92, Denmark, passed away Friday, March 16, 2012. She was born February 24, 1920 in Green Bay, daughter to the late George and Esther (Krause) Nitz. She was a graduate of Green Bay East High School. Georgien was united in marriage to Richard Tauber, who preceded her in death in 1980. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church in Denmark, and enjoyed playing bridge and reading. Survivors include her three children: Richard “Rick” Tauber, Douglas Tauber, and Linda Tauber, all of Denmark. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband. Family and friends may call at Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 County Rd R, Denmark , on Monday, March 19, 2012, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. with the parish prayer service at 7:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday, Mar. 20th at 11:00 a.m. with Fr.
