Gary C. Walters

Gary C. Walters, age 75, of De Pere, passed away on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 at his home. The son of the late George and Clarice (Gaustad) Walters was born January 2, 1947 in Minnesota. On March 4, 1967 he married Judy Ann Rippie in Rochester, Minnesota. Gary retired from Schneider National after 32 years, and had been working at Bellin Health part-time in his retirement where he enjoyed building new friendships. In his spare time he enjoyed working in the yard and being outside in the summertime, spending time with grandchildren, vacationing in the winter to Florida and Arizona.

Survivors include his wife Judy, daughter Tracey (Bob); son Chad; grandchildren: Haley, Nathaniel, and Devon (Jasmine); and a great-grandson Ryder.

Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N Webster Ave, De Pere, on Friday, January 14, from 2:00pm until the time of service at 3:00pm with Pastor Lori Swenson officiating. Full military honors will be accorded to honor Gary’s service to our country in the U.S. Navy.
