Elaine J. Plog

Elaine J. Plog, 90, left for her eternal home Thursday June 24, 2021. She was born September 4, 1930, in Green Bay, WI to the late Harry Sr. and Irene Grady.
She graduated from Green Bay West in 1948. She married Howard Plog on March 3, 1950, and was married 61 years. Elaine loved sports, especially the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Bucks. She was a very good bowler, loved playing cards and doing crosswords. She was an avid reader as well. Elaine enjoyed life and loved to laugh which was very contagious.
She worked and retired from Shopko as accounts payable manager after many years.
She is survived by her 3 children: Linda, Larry (Chris) and Michael (Bony); sister Marlene (Richard) Falk, brothers Harry Jr. (Kathy), Gary (Janice) and Gene (Judy); 4 grandchildren: Tyler, Casey, Jamie and Logan; 3 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Howard, both her parents and her brother Lee.
Family and friends may visit at Grace Lutheran Church, 321 S Madison Street, Green Bay, on Tuesday, June 29, from 9:00am until 10:45am. Funeral service will follow at 11:00am with Pastor Larry Lange officiating. Burial will be in Nicolet Memorial Gardens. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.
