Debra A. "Debbie" Hoslet

August 2, 1955 — June 9, 2026

We lost a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister and friend – but heaven welcomed one of the most loving and caring souls God created.

Debbie Hoslet passed away on June 9, 2026, at the age of 70. Debbie was born in Green Bay, the oldest of four children of Donald and Dorothy (Nowak) Mohr, on August 2, 1955. Debbie attended Preble High School, as well as NWTC where she received training to become a CNA. She worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, and in medical records with Borneman Nursing Home and Bellin Hospital.

In November of 1972 Debbie married Carey Lee Hoslet at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Together they worked and raised their family. Debbie and Carey spent many happy times at Camp Holiday in Boulder Junction. They, along with Debbie’s dad, Don, camped and enjoyed everything Northern Wisconsin could offer. They fished all the local hot spots where Debbie earned the title “Crappie Queen”!

Debbie loved flowers and flower gardening. Gardening best suited her attentive and optimistic nature. She adored her pets as well, especially her Yorkshire Terrier, “Lacey”.

Debbie was a member of St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, and a long-time member of The Moose Lodge.

Left to cherish Debbie’s memory are her children; her daughter, Stephanie (Todd) Geurts and their children Jack and Evelyn; and her son, Weston Hoslet; sisters, Barb (Steve) DeGrand and Karen (Russ) Burich and her beloved Yorkie, “Lacey”.

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Carey, and brother, Russ Mohr.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Debbie’s family wishes to thank the caring staff at Unity Hospice for their compassion and kindness.
