Dayle found what he was seeking...
Dayle D. Rosen, 83, passed into the arms of his Lord and Savior on April 23, 2026, after struggling with many ailments.
Dayle was born in The Bronx, New York, to the late Jacob “Jack” and Mary (Kmetz) Rosen, on May 5, 1942.
It’s nearly impossible to sum up Dayle in just a few lines and paragraphs. First, and foremost, Dayle was a man of incredibly strong faith. Christ was, and still is, Dayle’s rock upon whom he leaned. Dayle had very little, but what he had he would generously offer.
Dayle was a graduate of Clarks Summit Seminary, in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. He possessed skills that were truly given to him from God. Dayle had a wonderful voice and loved to express himself in song. It was his truest form of communication. Music wasn't Dayle's only medium – he could express himself through splendidly accurate portrayals with paints and woodcarvings. His gentleness made him a most effective missionary in very individual ways - showing God’s love and spreading the Gospel. It was Dayle’s devotion to God’s work that led him to fearlessly make the move from the east coast to the Wisconsin and Michigan areas, where he lived out his life.
Dayle had his share of struggles. He met them all with the stubbornness that many survivors possess. It was in these times that Dayle trusted in God most. Dayle met the most wonderful of God’s creations in those darkest days. These people were lifelines and will forever be admired and appreciated.
Dayle is survived by a sister, Andrea (Patrick) Rosen-Kenneally, of New York, and a brother, Glenn (Sonia) Rosen, of California; as well as friends, Cliff Bowers, Dr. Randy Argall, and Jay Charles.
Dayle was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Mary Rosen.
Family and friends may gather for a graveside service held at 1:30 PM on Tuesday May 12, 2026, at Woodlawn Cemetery in Allouez, WI.
