Dale W. Larsen, age 75, formerly of Denmark, WI, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at his residence. He was born on May 24, 1949, in Green Bay, WI, son of the late Donald and Adeline (Klemish) Larsen.
Dale had a varied work history. He was a radio announcer known as Bill Douglas for WAUN Radio in Kewaunee, WI, a salesman and hotel manager in Ohio, a Disc Jockey for B&D DJs, a technician for Orkin Pest Control, and he also worked at Walmart and Cabela’s in Green Bay, WI, for a time. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, Road Rallies, camping, and antique cars, but most would remember him as a Beer Man at Packer Games, bartending at the Swan Club or King’s X, or for his Donald Duck impression. In past years, Dale was active in the Bellevue East-Town Optimists and more recently in the Green Bay Area Retired Men’s Club.
Dale is survived by one daughter, Melissa Ratcliff of Cottage Grove, WI; two grandchildren, Daniel and Adeline Ratcliff; two brothers, Darrell Larsen and Steven (Connie) Larsen; special friend Patricia Delforge; and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Larsen and Lauren (Diane) Larsen.
Family and friends may gather on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Cotter Funeral Home, 536 County Road R, Denmark, WI 54208, from 3:00pm to 5:45pm with a funeral service to be held at 6:00pm, Reverend Mike Huff will officiate.
Burial will be in Nicolet Memorial Garden in Green Bay, WI.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to the American Heart Association at www.heart.org.
