Craig V. Wenner, age 73, of Manitowoc, WI, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at Aurora Hospital in Oshkosh, WI.
He was born on June 24, 1952 in Maribel, WI, son of the late Ward and Marjorie (Zeman) Wenner. Craig married Kristy Grusznski on August 21, 1981. She preceded him on death on June 2, 2025. Craig was an ED teacher in Manitowoc/Two Rivers district. In addition, Craig and Kristy owned Rocks and Docks, working as inspectors for various rock quarries.
Craig is survived by his son Jordan Wenner (Girlfriend Brittani Skalsky) and his daughter Heidi (Graeme Mason) Wenner; in-laws Dave (Shelly) Grusznski, Debbie (Paul) Ossmann, Don Grusznski and Robert McCarthy, Sue (The late Jon) Yohanek; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by parents-in-law Ray (Elsie) Grusznski, nephew Alex Grusznski and special aunt Janet.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, January 24th, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Maribel Community Center, 14905 Mulberry Street, Maribel, WI 54227. A visitation will be on Saturday from 10:00 am until the time of services at Maribel Community Center.
