Carol C. Shier, 82, of De Pere, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2022. Carol was born to the late Lawrence and Ella (Kiehl) Phillips, on April 17, 1940, in Green Bay. She graduated from De Pere High School in 1958 and later attended St. Norbert College and UWGB. Her first professional career began as a realtor in the mid 70’s through mid 80’s.
