In loving memory, we honor the life of Carl Walter Rozek who entered into peace on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Carl was born on August 30, 1936 to Walter and Lillian (Olsen) Rozek in Denmark Wisconsin. From an early age Carl worked hard to support his family and gain independence. Following high school he served in the U.S. Army and was stationed in Korea in the 1950s. Upon returning home he met the love of his life, Mary Jane Mazanet at Suster's Dance Hall. They were married on December 27, 1958.

Over his lifetime Carl volunteered much of his time to various organizations, including the Knights of Columbus, Lions Club and the Denmark Village Board. He worked for Brown County Highway Department for over 40 years taking pride in plowing snowy roads for travelers. He enjoyed playing cards and golfing in years past and loved watching the Brewers and Packers. A favorite memory of his was from the year he played Santa Claus and got to ride in a convertible for the Denmark Christmas Parade.
