Bernice A Fruzen

Bernice A. Fruzen, age 89 of Denmark, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021. She was born on July 1, 1931 to the late Norbert and Rachael (Manders) Daul in De Pere. In 1953 she married Richard Fruzen and together they had 10 children, he preceded her in death in 1980. Bernice spent many happy years “Up North” playing cards and going out with her “Tuesday Girls” Eve and Gen. Most of all, she loved her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children; Bonnie (Roger) Jensen, Norb Fruzen, John “Boris” Fruzen, Don (Cindy) Fruzen, Joe (Mary) Fruzen, Roy (Terri) Fruzen, Bob (friend Tonya) Fruzen, Lori Boehm, Rosanne (Paul) Pantzlaff and Joan (friend Merlin) Fruzen, 18 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Bernice is further survived by her brothers Cy (Linda) Daul and Herb (Darlene) Daul, her sister Janice (Frank) Hutjens, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Preceding Bernice in death are her parents, her husband Richard, her granddaughter Erica and her brothers; Joe, Vince, Cletus and Bob and sister Helen Singstock.
Family and friends may gather on Thursday, January 28, 2021 beginning at 10:00am until 10:45am at St. James Catholic Parish, Cooperstown, 18228 County Rd R, Denmark with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11:00am, Fr. Santiago Turiano officiating. Burial will take place at Pine Grove Cemetery privately.
