Arlene (Miske) Oakley, 89, of Wrightstown, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 23, 2026.

She was born on February 2, 1937, in Newton, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Victor and Nelda (Degnitz) Miske. Arlene spent most of her life in the Wrightstown area. On May 11, 1958, she married Roy Oakley. He preceded her in death on July 2, 1992.

She is survived by her daughter, Annie (Tim) Huss; her granddaughters, Amber (Sean) Brogden and Brittany Huss, grandsons, Ryan (Amanda) Huss and Cory (Deena) Huss, great grandchildren, Nevaeh Gonzalez-Huss, Natalee Gonzalez-Huss and Mason Brogden, and nieces Julie (Jay) Tuszka and Gail (Bill) Madison and many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Oakley; her son, Tim Oakley; her brothers, Victor Jr. and Don (Louise) Miske; her sister, June (Alfred) Pflueger; her grandson, Kyle Huss and great grandson, Ryder Huss.

Family and friends may visit at St. John Ev. Lutheran Church, Wrightstown, on July 6th, 2026 at 10:00am for visitation with a service to follow at 11:00am. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery immediately following visitation and service. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care of Wrightstown is assisting the family with arrangements.
