Tyler Van Nuland

March 27, 1991 — June 14, 2021

Green Bay- Tyler “Ty” Van Nuland, 30, passed away Monday, June 14th at Aurora Hospital from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.
He was born March 27th, 1991 in Kaukauna, Wisconsin. The son of Roger Van Nuland and Crystal Timm (Kish).
Tyler was most recently employed at Tufco as a mechanic. One of his many talents included fixing things. He had an incredible imagination for design and would create artistic pieces out of random tools and materials. Drawing was another strong talent he enjoyed in his spare time.
Tyler had a lasting impression on everyone he met. He was always someone that could be depended on for a listening ear. He never surrounded himself with meaningless relationships, each person in his life was a special bond. None of us will ever forget that genuine smile that let us know he felt he was exactly where he belonged.
He had a huge heart and would do anything for anyone without ever expecting anything in return. The fact that he officially registered to be an organ donor upon his death was the ultimate example of this. Tyler was able to donate all of his organs plus tissue and as a result has saved numerous lives. Though his death was tragic and he will be incredibly missed by everyone who knew him, we can take some comfort in knowing he will live on through the lives he has saved.
Tyler is survived by his parents Roger (Theresa) Van Nuland and Crystal (Ron) Timm; siblings Jennifer (Tom) Conley, Nicole Winter (Shane), Elizabeth, Kali (Aaron) Wright and Ryan Timm; nieces and nephew Erica, Levi, Raelle, Macy, Aria and Audrina; Grandma Nancy; special friends Derek and Jade; and special four-legged friend, Lola. He will also be deeply missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his uncle Daniel Van Nuland, aunt Kim Anderson; Grandparents John (Judy) Van Nuland, Robert Kish, and Jerome (Vera) Smet.
Visitation will be held at Cotter Funeral Home in DePere on Tuesday, June 22nd from 4pm-6pm with a short service to follow.
The family welcomes donations as an expression of sympathy.
Our family would like to extend a special thank you to Abby at Aurora ICU for the exceptional care provided to Tyler and the extra efforts to make sure we were also taken care of.
