Sharon A (Ruttner) Rezek

Sharon Rezek, 59, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 9, 2015 at home. The daughter of the late Burton and La Verne Ruttner was born on May 12, 1956 in Green Bay. She married the love of her life, Daniel Rezek at Our Saviors Lutheran in Denmark on April 19th, 1980. Sharon was a 1974 graduate of Denmark High School. She worked at NEW Plastics for 40 years. Sharon was a lifetime member of Our Saviors Lutheran in Denmark. During her free time, Sharon loved to cook and work in her flower garden. As a family, she loved to head to tractor shows. She also liked to go fishing and take walks in the woods and down by the river. Sharon also enjoyed taking care of her two grandchildren. Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Daniel; two children: Joe Rezek; Becky (Chris) Robinson; two grandchildren: Kemper and Chyanne; four brothers: Dennis Ruttner, David Ruttner, Mark Ruttner, Billy Ruttner; six sisters: Christine (Curtis) Schoen, Karen Arendt-Borchardt, Debbie (Glenn) Musil, Joan Hoogland, Kathy (Joe) Tuschel, Cindy Paider; two sister-in-laws: Julie (Tom) Dellemann, Karen (Tom) Sekora; brother-in-law, Ken (Debbie) Rezek; aunt, Marilyn Cooper; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Sharon was preceded in death by Daniels parents, Roy and Lucielle Rezek; three brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, a niece, and nephew. Family and friends may visit Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, Denmark, on Tuesday, August 11th, from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Visitation will continue on Wednesday at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Denmark, from 10:00 am until 10:45 am. Funeral service will follow at 11:00 am with the Rev. Andrew Zoerb officiating. Interment in West Danish Cemetery, Denmark. The family would like to thank everyone that came to spend time and take care of Sharon during her time of need.
