Ruth (Nieman) Boehm

Ruth (Nieman) Boehm, formerly of De Pere, passed away peacefully Sunday, September 21, 2014 at Skaalen Nursing Home in Stoughton, WI, after a long struggle with dementia. Born to Walter Ida (Liebmann) Nieman on March 11, 1931 in Wausau, WI. She graduated from Merrill High School in 1949. On September 24, 1958 she married Delbert Boehm in Chicago, Ill. Ruth was employed with Moore Response Marketing for 30 plus years until her retirement in 1996. She enjoyed bowling, playing cards, traveling, watching the Packers and her beloved Chicago Cubs. She is survived by her daughter, Tamra (Jay) Ehrfurth, Muskego; her son, Dr. William (Joan) Boehm, Elm Grove; grandchildren, Kyle (Katy) Ehrfurth, Bryan Ehrfurth, Janelle Boehm, Ryan Boehm and her great-grandsons, Jack, Evan and Liam Ehrfurth. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Del and her brothers, Harold and Gilbert. A private family service was held.
