Russell "Russ" L. Kittell Jr.

Russell Louis Kittell, age 80, passed away on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at Bellin Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 30, 1943 to the late Russell and Charlotte (Rezek) Kittell. On October 27, 1962 he married Judith Knutson, she preceded him in death on January 20, 2020. Russ enjoyed spending his time outdoors. Gardening, hunting, ice fishing, fixing tractors, raising chickens and golf cart rides. When he was indoors, he enjoyed making wine, playing cards and watching Gunsmoke. Russ worked as a milk man and field man most of his life. He especially enjoyed his co-workers even after his retirement. He was an avid NASCAR and Green Bay Packers fan, he also enjoyed watching wrestling on Thursday nights. Russ loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his children; Katherine (Richard) Kittell, Mary (Steve) Krish, Lisa (Bruce) LaCombe, Mike (Kendra Mraz) Kittell, Matthew (Rachel) Kittell and Sara (Don) Clark, grandchildren; Zachary (Sara) Kittell, Ashley Kittell, Broch (Emily) Kittell, Keith (Alicia) Krish, Nicole (Corey Jordan) Krish, Nathan and Caleb Barnard, Huntter and Hannah Kittell, Kolton and Kashton Kittell and Jaden Kittell and great grandchildren; Isabelle, Mackenzie, Lawson, Owen and Marleigh. He is further survived by son in law, Herbert Barnard, daughter in law, Carrie Kittell, brothers; Roger Kittell, Merlin (Christine) Kittell, John (Vicki) Kittell, brothers and sisters in law; Robert (Kay) Knutson, Diane Glover, Patricia (Larry) Lambrecht, Jacqueline (Dennis) Orth, Reeny Knutson and Roger Jacobs, as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Preceding him in death are his parents, his wife, Judy and sister in law, Carol Kittell.

Family and friends may gather at Cotter Funeral Home, 536 County Road R, Denmark, Beginning at 4:00pm until 7:00pm on Thursday, February 15, 2024. Visitation will continue at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 435 Wisconsin Ave, Denmark on Friday, February 16, 2024 from 10:00am until 10:45am, a service will follow at 11:00am with Rev.
