Rosella "Rose" Heuvelman

Rosella Henrietta Heuvelman, 96, De Pere, passed away Saturday, June 10, 2017. She was born March 3, 1921 to the late Frank and Josephine (Schampers) Bressinck. Rose married Raymond B. Heuvelman Sr. on June 15, 1940 at St. Boniface Church in West De Pere. The couple celebrated 55 years of marriage until Ray’s death on January 17, 1995. Rose was a member of St. Mary Catholic Community, De Pere. Rose had a passion for gardening and painting and was a very talented seamstress. She loved her summer home on Riley’s Point in Door County where her flower beds were always beautiful and enjoyed watching the birds and the beautiful sunsets. She also loved social events and was an active member of the clubs called “The Yakamors” in Door County and St. Mary’s Quilting Club. Preceding her in death were brother Ed Bressinck, sister Angie Hockers, her husband Ray and her oldest son Raymond (Skip) Heuvelman, Jr. Survivors include Six children; Ronald (Addie) Heuvelman, Warren, N.J; Robert (Sandy) Heuvelman, Green Bay; Randy (Cheryl) Heuvelman, Sturgeon Bay; Rick Heuvelman (special friend Angie Warwick), Sturgeon Bay; Robbi (Dale) Minten, De Pere; and Ronda (David) Snook, Sturgeon Bay. Fifteen grandchildren, Todd, Houston TX.; Tami, Houston, TX.; Eric, Appleton; Chad, Warren N.J.; Lisa, Aspen, CO.; Mark, Warren, N.J.; Brian, Warren, N.J.; Kristi, Green Bay; Brett Umatilla, FL.; Laura, Gurnee IL., Elizabeth, Waukegan IL.; Allie, Sturgeon Bay; Mason, Sturgeon Bay; Danielle, Sturgeon Bay; Davis, Sturgeon Bay. Twenty One great grandchildren; Cody Kayla, Gwen, Lilly, Charolette, Lincoln, Cole, Sierra, Brook, Claire, Brianna, Kara, Jeffery, Devin, Mikkala, Kylan, Aja, Ezra, Bethanie, Bayleigh, and Connor. Family and friends may visit at St. Mary Catholic Church, 4805 Sportsman Drive, Ledgeview, on Friday, June 16, from 1:00pm until 2:45pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 3:00pm Friday with the Rev. Binu Varghese, O.Praem officiating. Entombment in Allouez Chapel Mausoleum. Cotter Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family. A special thanks to Rennes Health Group for their loving care.
