Roger Selner

Roger J. Selner, age 62, of Denmark, was welcomed into heaven on November 9, 2022. The son of the late William and Alice (Jisa) Selner was born December 18, 1959. He graduated from Luxemburg High School and worked at Krohn’s Cheese and Valley Cabinet. Roger’s faith was important to him and in addition to being a member of St. Therese Parish-St. Lawrence Site in Stangelville, he was a member of the Catholic Order of Foresters Court 1190 and was past Vice-Chief Ranger. He was an avid Packer fan, enjoyed woodworking, hunting, tractor pulls and spending time with family and friends.

Surviving Roger are his brother: Joe (Barb) Selner; sisters: Karen Selner and Deb (Chris) Langenhuizen; in-laws: Joan Selner, Bob Whitcomb and Chris Selner; as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, William and Alice, Roger was preceded in death by his sister, Donna Whitcomb; brothers: William Selner Jr. and Dan Selner.

Family and friends may visit at St. Therese Parish- St. Lawrence Site, N2085 County Road AB, Denmark (Stangelville), on Saturday, November 12, from 9:00am until 10:45am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00am with Fr. Dennis Drury officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.
