Rita J. (Tiesling) Quigley, 86, life-long resident of Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly at her home, Sunday, October 24, 2010. She was born July 10, 1924 in De Pere to the late Henry and Elizabeth (Beckx) Tiesling. Rita married Norbert Quigley on Dec. 30, 1944 at St. Mary Catholic Church, De Pere. She was a long time member at St. Agnes Parish, Green Bay. Together, Rita and Norb owned and operated Quigley Marine. Rita enjoyed knitting and donated to multiple churches, charities, and hospitals. She volunteered at St. Mary’s Hospital. Rita was a member of the Elks Club for many years. She was an avid boater, fisherman, golfer, and Packer fan. Survivors include her children: Jean (Del) Cota, Ken (Barbara) Quigley, Dottie (Jim) Huven, and Marilyn (Dave) Kowalski; grandchildren: Christopher Hubbard, Matthew Hubbard, Corey (Kelli) Horochov, Stacie Molina, Craig Huven, Eric Quigley, and Kristin (Jacob) Lick; great-grandchildren, Isabella and JJ Molina; sister-in-law, Bernice Elders; and her loving pet, Buddy. Rita was preceded in death by her husband, Norbert; her parents; and her brothers and sister. Family and friends may call Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at St. Agnes Parish, 1484 Ninth St., Green Bay, from 9:00a.m. until 10:45a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the church on Wednesday at 11:00a.m. with Rev.
