Richard "Dick" Sealy

August 10, 1928 — December 14, 2023

Richard “Dick” Sealy, age 95, passed away on Thursday, December 14, 2023. He was the son of the late Robert and Minnie (Pentinot) Sealy. Dick graduated with the Green Bay East High School class of 1946 and continued his education after high school by taking business classes. He served his country in the United States Navy Reserve and was honorably discharged. Dick served as President and CEO of Lemin/Sealy Realty.

On February 28, 1989, Dick married the former Elaine Vercauteren (Engels). Dick and Elaine loved to fish at their summer home in upper Michigan. He also enjoyed golf and was a member of many organizations, including membership with the Beja Shriners, the Scottish Rite, the Theodore Roosevelt Lodge 322, and the Green Bay Elks Club. He was also a 32 degree Mason and a Commander of the Knights Templar of Green Bay. Dick was also a member of the Board of Trustees for First Presbyterian Church in Green Bay.

Dick is survived by his stepdaughters: Lori Busjahn (special friend Mike Maass) and Pam Jansen, 4 grandchildren: Jeremy (Cammie) Jansen, Eric Jansen, Rachael Busjahn, and Alyssa Busjahn; one great-grandchild: Nash; nephew: Tom (Kathy) Stowell and their daughter Sarah; niece: Nancy (Basil) Demur, and their children: Mary (daughter Samantha), and Chris (son Manny).

He was preceded in death by his parents: Robert and Minnie Sealy, and his wife Elaine Sealy.

Private funeral services are being held with immediate family only. Dick will be laid to rest at Allouez Chapel Mausoleum.
