Ramona Kay McDunn, 58, of DePere, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 15, 2022, with her loving family by her side. “Mona” was born to Charlie and Kris (Petersen) Anderson on July 01, 1964, in Great Falls, Montana. She graduated from Dutton High School in Dutton, Montana. In 1982, she married the love of her life, Rick McDunn. Their union blessed them with two daughters, Cassie and Marley.
Mona enjoyed many things in life, big and small, like starting each day with a cup of coffee. She enjoyed cruises and traveling, or spending time at the family cabin in Lincoln, Montana. She also never missed an opportunity to participate in a classic car show, or to challenge herself with a good word search game. She liked to sew and was an avid quilter. She also volunteered in the art room at a local elementary school. Above all, Mona cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughters: Cassie (Dustin) Barnard and Marley (Jake) Leist; her grandchildren: Ethan, Max, and Jackson Barnard; her mother, Kris Anderson; her siblings: Mike (Joan) Anderson, Nancy (Martin) Sinclair, and Janis (Mike) Armondo.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Richard “Rick” McDunn, and her father, Charlie Anderson.
A Celebration of Life for Mona will be held Saturday, December 3, 2022 at The Automobile Gallery & Event Center, 400 S. Adams St., Green Bay, WI, 54301, from 3:00pm until 6:00pm. Mona’s family invites everyone to bring photos and stories to share.
