Peter H. Schroeder

Peter H. Schroeder, age 55, of De Pere, passed away on Thursday, September 20, 2018 in Green Bay, WI at Bellin Hospital, after his battle with cancer. He was born on December 14, 1962 to the late Robert and Lorraine (Sunderland) Schroeder in Milwaukee, WI.
He started his medical career, in California, as an EMT and was also a 911 operator for the county of San Bernardino; he was also a paid on-call firefighter for the city of Loma Linda. During that time, he met Vivian and they were married for 17 years.
After relocating back to Wisconsin, he worked for Schneider as a truck driver/training engineer. Peter wanted to get back into the medical profession and completed his degree in Nursing at N.W.T.C. After graduating, Peter became employed at Bellin Hospital, finishing his 14-year nursing career working in the ICU.
Peter enjoyed golfing, fishing, bowling, was a novice deer hunter, and loved spending time at his getaway in Door County, on the bay. He was an avid Brewer and Packer fan, loved sharing his life stories, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his daughters, Lauren (Miguel) Ninham, Green Bay, and Andrea Schroeder, Green Bay, grandson, Noah, brother, Phil Schroeder, De Pere, girlfriend, Brandi Schuett, Fond Du Lac, former wife, Vivian Schroeder, Green Bay, and numerous friends and colleagues.
The family would like to thank everyone at Bellin Hospital for their outstanding love and care for Peter and his family, during this difficult time.
