Perry John Alberts

Perry J. Alberts, age 55, of De Pere, passed away December 12, 2016. The son of the late Cletus and Dorothy (Collier) Alberts was born March 26, 1961 in Green Bay. Perry was a general contractor with PB Custom Home Builders, and was a talented woodworker with a keen attention to detail, which was evident in the quality and precision of his work. On June 20, 1998, he married Bev Hussong. Perry loved his German Shepherds Cujo and Viper and he was a very selfless person with a wonderful sense of humor. Survivors include his wife, Bev; step-children: Christopher, Geoffrey (special friend Paula) and their daughter Ellie, and Angela (special friend Ted) Hussong; siblings: Larry, Mary (Craig) Thompson, Carrie (Mike) Campbell and Terry (Pete) Delvoe; in-laws: Barbara (Neil) McMahon, Rose (Kevin) Guthrie, Norb (Carol) Roffers, Steve (Diane) Roffers and Tom (Amy) Roffers; sister-in-law Sandy; nieces, nephews, other family and special friend Mike Schultz. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Gary. Family and friends may visit at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Avenue, De Pere, on Friday, December 16, from 10:00am until the time of service at 1:30pm with Pastor Nancy Zorn Micke officiating. Burial will follow in Allouez Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
