Patricia "Pat" Moran

Patricia Moran, 81, De Pere, passed away peacefully on Monday, June 8, 2015 with her family gathered by her side. She was born January 2nd, 1934 to the late Herb and Loretta Berken. She graduated from Nicolet High School in West De Pere in1951. On July 9th, 1952 she married the love of her life, James Moran at St. Boniface Church in West De Pere. She and James were blessed with 5 wonderful children. Patricia was a long time member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in De Pere. Pat was a hard worker while also raising a family. She worked for over 30 years at Shopko. She loved her last years as a pharmacy technician, interacting with the customers. She loved adventures, traveling, and camping with her family and friends. Patricia is survived by her husband, Jim; children: Nancy (Jim) Goetz, Orofino, ID; Mark (Jennie) Moran, The Woodlands, TX; Mary (Curt) Moore, Green Bay; Lori (Hernan) Pavia, De Pere; 12 grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, brother-in-law Bob (Jan) Moran, New Franken. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Tim Moran; brother, Jim Berken; and sister, Gloria Zimmer. Family and friends may call at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 220 S. Michigan St., De Pere, on Thursday, June 11, from 9:00am until the hour of Mass at 11:00am with the Rev. Judah Pigon, MF, officiating. Cotter Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family.
