Patricia Lou (Bowman) Wolfcale

November 5, 1928 — February 15, 2014

Patricia L. Wolfcale, 85, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 15, surrounded by her loving family and extended family at Allouez Parkside Village. She will be met on The Other Side by her beloved husband, Dick; son, Mark and brother, Richard. Born to Harold and Irene Bowman on November 5, 1928, in Bluffton, Indiana, she met and married Dick Wolfcale, the Marine that led the family on many long wonderful journeys throughout the Unites States. While Dick was service in Vietnam, she busied herself raising four children and attended NWTC, where she received her license as a Practical Nurse. She was “The Queen” of sewing and knitting, and every family member has something she handmade with love. She also knit and donated many scarves, hats and mittens for the community, and for many years was a joyful volunteer at St. Mary’s Hospital. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, cheer for life and kindness to others. She is survived by Susan (Bob) Swain of Suamico; Kent (Lynn) Wolfcale of Kewaunee and Lori (John) Nero of Cottonwood, CA; six grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Per Pat’s wishes, her cremains will be buried alongside her loving husband at Ft. Howard Cemetery. There will be a private family gathering to celebrate her life and passing. Cotter Funeral Home is assisting the family. Online condolences at www.cotterfuneralhome.com A very special thank you to the nurses and staff at St. Vincent Hospital IMCU, Dr. Diane Carels, Heartland Hospice and her wonderful family at Allouez Parkside Village. They are all true angels and her family is forever grateful for their tender loving care. Loving you always and missing you forever…
