Patricia C. Pranke, 76, De Pere, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015 at the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence of Unity Hospice. Pat was cared for at home for the last six years by her husband, Joe and her son, Joe, Jr. She spent the last seven days of her life at Unity Hospice. She died of Alzheimer’s disease. She was born January 22, 1939 in Green Bay, daughter to the late Emil and Selma (Kaminski) Van Den Busch. She graduated from St. Joseph’s Academy in Green Bay, and married Joseph Pranke, Sr., on August 13, 1960 at St. Francis Cathedral in Green Bay. Pat was a homemaker and was also a beautician for many years. She enjoyed hat making, ceramics, and was an excellent cook. Pat also sang in the choir for many years at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in De Pere. She was as kind and gentle as she was beautiful. She never said an unkind word and never complained. She will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Joe, Sr.; son, Joe, Jr.; granddaughter, Crystal Pranke; sister, Jackie (David) Roffers; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother and sister-in-law, Damian (Murial), and father-in-law and mother-in-law, Eleanor and Leo Pranke. Family and friends may visit St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 220 S. Michigan St., De Pere, on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until the hour of Mass at 1:00 p.m., with the Rev.
