Patricia Anne (Drapeau) Bell

July 25, 1921 — January 4, 2018

Patricia Anne Bell (Pat) went to join Jesus and family members who preceded her on January 4, 2018. The daughter of Donald J. Drapeau and Eunice Bassford Drapeau was born July 25, 1921 in Pittsburg, PA. After completing high school and nursing school she was married to Ralph Cook on August 5, 1942 in Milwaukee. Two sons, Keith E. Cook and Craig E. Cook were born to this union. Ralph preceded her in death. In August of 1961 Patricia and sons moved to Green Bay. Patricia was a sales person at Kohls Limited on Monroe before going to H.C. Prange Co where she was employed for nineteen years. On February 24, 1968 she was united in marriage to William J. Bell, who preceded her in death on September 29, 1996. Bible studies and Christian causes were priorities. She also liked traveling. She taught various bible studies to women of all ages, which was a challenge she enjoyed. She is survived by her two sons: Keith E. Cook with whom she made her home, Craig E. Cook and wife Jane of Barrington, IL; three grandchildren: Andrea (Randy) Oppmann of Cumming, GA, Michael B. Cook of St. Ann, MO and Kristen (Trent) Malone of O’Fallon, MO; seven great-grandchildren: Andrew and Adam Oppmann, Christopher and Megan Cook, Ethan, Ellie and Elise Malone and numerous nephews, nieces, and their children. She was preceded in death by a sister Elaine Drapeau and brothers Donald and Charles Drapeau, as well as her parents Donald Sr. and Eunice Drapeau. According to the family’s wishes, no services will be held. Cotter Funeral Home and Crematory is assisting the family.
