Nettie D (Hendricks) Aerts

Nettie D. Aerts, 93, Wrightstown, passed away Friday, June 11, 2010, at her home. She was born May 21, 1917 in Wrightstown, daughter to the late Martin and Hattie (Coenen) Hendricks. She married Elzear Aerts, August 19, 1936 in Wrightstown, and he preceded her in death on July 2, 1975. She was a lifelong member of St. Paul Catholic Church. Her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren were her life. Survivors include her seven children: Don (Rosie), Russ (Joan), Yvonne (Ken) Cumbers, Roger (Mary), Judy (Len) Vickman, Janice Daniels, and Tom (Ann); one daughter-in-law, Ruth Aerts (Jim Wellner); 27 grandchildren; 40 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; one sister, Aggie Roebke; and numerous nieces and nephews. Nettie was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, Dick; son-in-law, Clarence; 5 brothers; and one sister. Family and friends may call Monday, June 14, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at DeWane-Cotter Funeral Home, 711 Main St., Wrightstown, where there will be a Parish Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. Visitation will continue on Tuesday at the funeral home from 9:00 a.m. until the procession leaves for St. Clare/St. Paul Catholic Church, Wrightstown.
