Nancy A. Kiefer

Nancy A. Kiefer passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018 She was the only child of Urban and Leone (Gilson) Kohlbeck. A graduate of De Pere High School she went on to earn her Bachelors of Science degree in Education. Nancy was an English and Social Studies teacher.
In 1956 she married Ray F. Kiefer, Jr. at St. Francis Xavier Church. Together they raised three children; Dr. Ray (Jacqueline) Kiefer III, Jennifer (Mark) Swoboda and Eric (Linda) Kiefer. These three added ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. All these descendants survive.
Nancy was active in the community and a member of many civic organizations; serving on their committees and boards.
In addition to her family, she is survived by Ray’s family and her special cousins.
Family and friends may visit at Resurrection Catholic Church, 333 Hilltop Dr., Allouez, on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 9:00am to 10:45am. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated for Nancy at 11:00am at the church with Fr. Tim Shillcox, O.Praem officiating. Interment in Allouez Catholic Cemetery.
