Muriel Kittell, 80, Denmark, died Wednesday, December 17, 2014, surrounded by her family after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born December 19, 1934 in Denmark to the late Elroy Ione (Lange) Johnson. She married Carlton Kittell on July 28, 1961. She farmed for the early part of her life. Then decided to work out, was employed at many factory jobs throughout her life. Muriel also worked at Harmony House of Denmark for many years which was her passion taking care of other people. She was a member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Denmark. She was very strong in her faith. She will be missed by all those whose lives she has touched. Survivors include her 4 daughters 3 sons: Barb (Bill) Brantmeier, Denmark; Cindy(Tom) Bosetski, Francis Creek; Connie (Joe) Kramer, Kewaunee; Debra (Steve) Gantz, Denmark; Richard (Kathy) Kittell, California; Dennis(Sheri) Kittell, Maribel; Dean Kittell (special friend Kari Bastys), Denmark. Grandchildren: Mark (Tammy) Brantmeier, Michelle Dreves (special friend, Kelly Malach), Matt (Faith) Brantmeier, Michael Bosetski, Angie Stahl (special friend, Todd), Jordan Kramer, Jason (Jody) Gantz, Jesse (Annie) Gantz, Randy Gantz, Zach (Kris) Kittell, Ashley Kittell (special friend, Ryan), Broch Kittell (special friend, Emily), Samantha (Nick) Roth, Brooke Kittell, Cody (Nicole) Kittell, Logan Kittell (special friend, Lacey), Cole Kittell (special friend, Marissa), Taylor Bastys. She is further survived by 17 Great-Grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters brother: Charlotte Utke, AZ; Fay (Ken) Jensen, Green Bay; Darrell/Butch (Diane) Johnson, Denmark; Kathy (Bob) Downs FL. She is also survived by special friend, Paul Laskoski of Denmark. Muriel was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Delwin Johnson; Great-grandaughter; 4 sister-in-laws 5 brother-in-laws. Family and friends may call at Our Saviors Lutheran Church, Denmark, on Saturday December 20, 2014 from 1:30pm to 4:30pm. Funeral services will follow for Muriel at4:30pm with Rev. Andy Zoerb, officiating. Burial will be Monday, December 22, 2014 in West Danish Cemetery, Denmark. Cotter Funeral Home, Denmark is assisting the family with arrangements.
