Mitchell James Koltz

July 14, 2003 — March 13, 2016

Mitchell James Koltz, 12, Greenleaf, was born to eternal life on Sunday, March 13, 2016 in the presence of his loving family at their home. He was born on July 14, 2003 to Jesse and Holly (Hibbard) Koltz. Among his many hobbies and talents, Mitchell enjoyed hunting, fishing, kayaking, video games, food and 80s music. He would always tell people his motto was “Faith, Family, Friends and Food…in that order!” He led an outdoor lifestyle, and enjoyed the rustic kayaking vacations with his family. His family described him as a young man with an incredibly kind heart, and a crazy face for the camera. His brother, Mason and Mitchell were very close, and enjoyed fishing and playing games together, along with their cousin Zack. Mitchell was currently in the 7th Grade at St. Clare Catholic School, Wrightstown, and will be fondly remembered as a friend who left a footprint on everyone he met. Mitchell is survived by his parents, Jesse and Holly; brother, Mason; paternal grandparents, Dave (Wanda) Koltz; maternal grandparents, Steven (Karen) Hibbard; great-grandmothers Gloria Bethke and Doris Diny; aunts and uncles, Nick (Samantha) Koltz and son Zack; Christopher (Jody) Hibbard and sons Elliott and Oliver; Amanda Hibbard (Jason Karnosky) and son Alexandre Hibbard (Mitchell’s godson) and Noah (Laura) Hibbard. He is preceded in death by great-grandparents, Fred (Florence) Koltz; Kenneth Naniot; Lawrence Diny and Kenneth (Evelyn) Hibbard.
