Mildred (Krejcarek) Schley

Mildred M. (Krejcarek) Schley, 99, Maribel resident, passed away Monday, August 30, 2010 at Harmony of Denmark. The former Mildred Gilbert was born on October 10, 1910 to the late Peter and Amelia (Lesperance) Gilbert in Niagara, Wisconsin. In 1929, Mildred married Daniel Krejcarek and they had three children together. He preceded her in death on April 1, 1970. In 1982, she married Milton Schley. He preceded her in death on January 27, 2005. She enjoyed raising ducks and geese and when she was younger she loved to dance. Mildred was a great cook, and was known for her wonderful Bohemian dishes. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Kellnersville. Mildred will be sadly missed by her three children: Marvin (Eileen) Krejcarek, Donald (Judy) Krejcarek and Janet Sullivan; 6 grandchildren: Michael Sullivan, Shannon (Dan) Lundstrom, Shane Krejcarek, Dr. Sheila (Jason) Kittell, Christopher (Brenda) Krejcarek, and Brian Krejcarek; 7 great grandchildren; and the family of her second husband, Milton Schley. She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Amelia Gilbert; her first husband, Daniel Krejcarek; second husband, Milton Schley; 6 brothers; 2 sisters; and one son-in-law, George Sullivan. Family and friends may call Saturday, September 4, 2010 from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:30 a.m. Saturday at church, with Fr. Ron Colombo officiating. Interment will be in St. Wenceslaus Cemetery, Greenstreet.
