Mike David Macnab

Michael “Mike” MacNab, 82, De Pere, passed away April 20, 2022.

Born April 16, 1940 in Vancouver, WA. He was the son of Peter and Helen MacNab. He married Kathryn “Kay” MacNab in 1966 in Bear Creek, WI. Mike co-owned a rental business in Vancouver, WA before relocating to Wisconsin. Here he worked in oil and lubrication sales as well as working as a supervisor in a papermill in Kimberly, WI. In retirement, Mike loved working in his yard, gardening, as well as patronizing Uncle Mike’s with his friends. He also enjoyed volunteering with Meals on Wheels and at Resurrection Catholic Parish.

Mike was preceded in death by his wife, Kay, his parents, Peter and Helen, as well as his brother, Bob.

He is survived by his daughters, Kelli MacNab, Shannon MacNab, Mary MacNab, and Molly MacNab, his son, Stephan (Darci) MacNab, and grandson Alistair, sister-in-laws, Ann Hollenback and Verna MacNab, brother-in-law, Bishop Robert Morneau.

Visitation will be Friday, April 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. at Resurrection Catholic Church, 333 Hilltop Drive, Allouez. Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Tom Reynebeau officiating.

Interment will follow at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Bear Creek, WI.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Resurrection Catholic Church.

Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.
