Marvin E. “Marv” Lotter, age 75, of Silver Cliff, found peace on January 26, 2014. He was a great guy that lived a full life and worked hard. He loved going to the casino and hunting at the cabin. He enjoyed 14 years of retirement with his wife, Diane, and their special dogs. He was ready to join his son, Johnny and his parents. He loved his children so much and knows we will all meet again someday. Survivors include his wife, Diane; children: Todd (Renee) Lotter, Debbie (Bob) Burkwald, Thomas “Bug” Lotter, Donna (Mike) Moser, Julie (Dan) Nooyen and Scott (Michele) Lotter; many dearly loved grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Diane (Lee) Crozier, Norbert (the late Leah) Lotter, Carol (Don) Wellens, and Bernie (Margaret) Loursen; as well as nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, John and Caroline; son, John Lotter; sister, Rosemarie Crozier and his nephews, Randy and Roger Wellens. Friends may visit at Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty Road R, Denmark, on Thursday, January 30, from noon until 4:00pm. Burial in Forest Home Cemetery, Athelstane.
