Marie R. Renier

Marie R. Renier entered into eternal life on April 21, 2015, with her family by her side. The daughter of the late William and Mary (Collins) Hannon was born on November 25, 1922. Marie was raised on the family farm in Champion and graduated from East High School in 1940. She was employed at Fisk Insurance until her retirement. Marie was united in marriage to Roger A. Renier at Robinsonville Presbyterian Church on May 6, 1944. Together they enjoyed 59 years until the time of Roger’s death on August 29, 2003. They greatly enjoyed time spent at the cottage on White Potato Lake. Marie was a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church of Green Bay. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Regina Renier and numerous nieces and nephews. Marie was preceded in death by husband, Roger; brother, Robert; and 6 sisters: Gladys Hannon, Eunice Hannon, Esther Kocha, Margaret Krueger, Dora Balza, and Anna Hannon. Family and friends may visit Knutson-Cotter Funeral Home, 536 Cty R, Denmark, on Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service at 3:00 p.m., with the Rev.
