Marian (Koltz) Kiley

September 2, 1930 — September 3, 2017

Marian M. Kiley, age 87, of Glenmore, passed away peacefully at Scandinavian Court in Denmark on September 3, 2017. She was born on September 2, 1930 in De Pere to the late John and Gertrude (Hockers) Koltz. On May 30, 1951 she married Thomas Kiley in De Pere, and together they had ten children. Marian was a member of the National Farmers Organization and the Brown County Homemakers, where she was Homemaker of the Year one year. Her faith was important to her and she was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Glenmore, where she sang in the choir, was a member of the Altar Society and the Daughters of Isabella. Marian was also a member of the Catholic Knights. Survivors include her children: Nancy (Alan) Malewiski, John (Debra), Glen (Donna), Wayne (Denise), Francis (Judy), Allen (Shirley), Gary (Lisa), Paul, Joseph (Connie); daughter-in-law: Peggy (Russ) Rezba; 30 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law: Rita Koltz and Marianne Koltz; brother-in-law Lee McDermid; Tom’s family: Jim Kiley, Ken Matzke, Marcella (Lee) Hoffman and Kathy Kiley, as well as nieces, nephews, other family and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, Tom on December 2, 2016, Marian was preceded in death by a son, Myron; grandson James Malewiski, twin granddaughters; brothers: George (Ruth), Jim, Francis (Nancy) and Richard Koltz; sisters; Dorothy Kiley and Judith McDermid. Family and friends may visit at St. Mary Catholic Church, 5832 Big Apple Road, Glenmore, on Friday, September 8, from 9:00am until 10:45am, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am with Rev. Kevin Ori officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Cotter Funeral Home of Denmark is assisting the family. Our family would like to extend a thank you to the staff at Scandinavian Court and SouthernCare Hospice for their care and concern, as well as Fr. Kevin Ori for this visits and pastoral care.
