Lorraine Reeve

Lorraine Ellen Reeve of Dexter, Michigan, passed away at age of 69 on August 10, 2021. 
Lorraine was born on August 12, 1951, in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, to parents, Robert and Lila (Breneman) Reeve. Dr. Reeve graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Master’s of Science and Biochemistry and a Ph.D in Philosophy, which led her to have a successful career in researching medical and chemical devices and as a Patent Agent. Her work is very highly regarded and has been included in many publications. Lorraine married Mr. Dennis Kiesling on July 21, 1990, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, sharing 31 beautiful years together.  
Lorraine enjoyed horseback riding and the love of her life, her horse, Sunny. 
Lorraine is survived by her husband, Dennis; step-sons, Ted and John (Shannon) Kiesling; step-grandchildren, Austin Kitchen, Cheyanne Kitchen, Tyler Kitchen, John Ryan Kiesling, Lauren Kiesling, Hannah Kiesling, and Ryan Kiesling; sisters, Janet (Patrick) Carlton and Ann (Randy) Patzke; and brother, Dennis (Beverly) Reeve. She is further survived by a niece Elizabeth Reeve, nephews: Timothy Reeve, Daniel and William Patzke; cousins and other families.  
She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles.  
Family and friends may visit at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 6397 CTH NN, New Denmark, on Saturday, August 21, from 9:30am until 10:15am. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am with Fr. Xavier Amirtham, O.Praem officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Cotter Funeral and Cremation Care is assisting the family.
