Lori Ann Lasee

Lori Ann Lasee, 53, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, September 21, 2015. Lori was born on March 22, 1962 to Eleanor (Bartels) and the late Eugene (Gene) Lasee in Green Bay. She graduated from East De Pere High School in 1981. Lori worked as a night caregiver for the Sisters of Our Lady of Charity Convent and Carrington Manor. For 10 years from 1988 to 1998, she also was a live in child care nanny for her oldest sister, Karen in Saunemin, IL and for 7 years from 2003 to 2010, for her youngest sister, Vicki in Glendale, AZ. Lori loved to create stained glass, sew quilt tops, and play cards and bingo. She looked forward to every Friday noon going out to eat with the Lasee girls. Lori was very giving and generous with anything she had. She lived her last couple years at Monroe Plaza where she had many friends and was the happiest. Lori is survived by her mother, Eleanor; sister, Karen (Mark) Serafinin and their children, Adam, Aric, Alexa of Pontiac, IL; brother, Kevin (Cheri Brice) Lasee of Denmark and children Kit and his son Dakota of Sonora, CA, Alissa and Sam, of Denmark; brother, David and his children, Tawnni, Perry and his daughter, Emma and Austin, of Green Bay; sister, Vicki and her daughters Jenna and Brooke of Glendale, AZ. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene (Gene); maternal grandparents, Alice and Leonard Bartels, Green Bay; paternal grandparents, Louise and John Lasee, De Pere. Family and friends are invited to help us honor Lori at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere on Friday, October 2, 2015 from 5 to 8PM. A memorial service will be at 7:30pm with Steve Donovan, Pastoral Minister officiating. Celebration continues on Saturday, October 3 with a buffet dinner at Monroe Plaza, 400 N. Monroe St., Green Bay, from Noon to 3pm. Parking is in the city ramp on Madison Street West of Monroe Plaza. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cotterfuneralhome.com. With deep gratitude our family sincerely thank all of the doctors and nurses that have kept Lori alive these many years, starting with Dr. Tracy Gallagher at Prevea, St. Vincent Wound Care, Monroe, Prosthetics and DaVita Dialysis Center.
