Loraine Cotter

Loraine “Lori” C. Cotter, age 82, Green Bay, Passed away December 8, 2023. Lori was born on September 5, 1941, in Port Lavaca, Texas to the late Terrance Williams and Blanche Freeman. She is a graduate of Green Bay West High School and the University of Wisconsin Green Bay.

Lori was very active volunteering with the Green Bay/Lakeland Chapter Red Cross as well as the American Red Cross for over 35 years as First Aid Instructor, disaster recovery, blood program, “Air-Evac” team leader. She was also a past member of the UWGB Alumni Association, Brown County Literacy Council and Wrightstown Lions Club.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Deborah Hauseur.

Per Lori’s wishes, private funeral services have been held.

Memorials in Lori’s name may be directed to the Wisconsin Humane Society- Green Bay Campus to commemorate her love for animals.
