Lois M. (Tisch) O'Harrow

Lois Mae O’Harrow Lois Mae O’Harrow of De Pere passed to be with our Lord on Saturday, June 14th 2014. Even though Lois endured the effects of Dementia she never lost her kind and gentle heart for others. Lois was born on August 23rd 1949 to Allen “Allie” and Doris Tisch of Oconto Falls. She will be led to our Lord by her father Allie, mother Doris, and her son Allen. Each has been missed very much by Lois. She will be leaving behind her husband of 43 years Cal, daughter Erin Birdeau, Son-in-law Jeremy and two grandsons, Avery and Kalen Birdeau. Several members from both the Tisch and O’Harrow families also survive her. After Graduating from Oconto Falls High school, Lois earned a degree in Dental Hygiene from Marquette University. She worked as a dental hygienist for several years before retiring to enjoy life. She gave back to the community in a number of ways including serving on the building and development commission of De Pere. She also served on committees at Ascension Lutheran Church. Family and friends may visit on Thursday June 19th 4:00 to 7:00 PM at Cotter Funeral Home 860 North Webster De Pere, WI 54115 920-336-8702. There will be visitation from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM on June 20th followed by the funeral service at Ascension Lutheran Church 2911 Libal Street Green Bay, WI 54301 920-336-3561. Thank you goes out to Wyndemere Estate staff; Lois and family have appreciated your compassion over the last three plus years. Also, thank you to Heartland Hospice for your guidance in the last few days of Lois’ life. Lois would appreciate that if you wish to make a financial contribution, you could donate to the Green Bay Botanical Garden. A fund will be established in Lois’ honor.
